My lecturer show us this clip in the lesson to cheer our Friday & keep the dry lesson going...
I'm totally mesmerised by him , he's a real charismatic person & also the only charming man I've seen on earth ! hahaa. I will definitely vote him as best lecturer of the year! hee!

tOday I felt incompetent .. I'm not capable of anything...
scarcity of time and the beans in my pocket...

* I had a greatest dinner tonight & is cosy in that room like ever before..

The seats are neither spacious nor comfortable...
The environment, the eyes that set on them ain't good..
The journey are long, crowded & stuffy...
& they couldn't even move much ...

An Indian lady who was engaged on the phone, approx 5 feet 7, weighing easily over 90kg sat at this ''couple seats'' in the trains starting her journey from the east.The Malay man who took up 2/5 of the remaining seat held on to her hand are slightly smaller in size compare to her.

I secretly took a few glance at them & e commuter who walks in e cabin who stresses their eyes on their sizes.
The man held on to her hand tightly, stoke her hair gently with his other hand.Likewise the lady rest her head just slightly 20 degree sideways and rest on his shoulder comfortably...
I realised ....

The seats became so comfortable & cosy...
The expression they received doesn't matter to them at all...
The journey are not long but a sweet everlasting journey...

I thought..nothing is good,the seats,the ambience.. etc yet they turn everything great & beautiful..

- Cook meals
- Buy groceries

& that's my weekend...

Tour Consultant

Pardon me for the lack of updates ... so I'm consolidating what happen for the past few day!
*Warning : long entry

Is been a tedious week for me & my colleagues doing a travel roadshow..Many of my readers are from travel trade so they clearly understand how was the correspondence with an customer . On the other hand, some reader might have an experience with an travel consultant when booking a travel package.So let me share with you some real story of how's work treating us...

11.00am Customer (C)

Me : Hi Sir ! GoOd morning .. How's ur day ?!
C : yea , not too bad ! I would like to visit Langkawi on XXJun09
Me : Sir , the seats are available and the timing are ....bah bah bah
C : what a bad timing ! is that the only timing ?!
Me : Yes Sir...
C: Are you able to arrange another timing for us ? we are a family of 4 .
Me : Sir , apparently I cant, there are only one flight operating per day & is not within my control.
( Me thinking : you think i own the airlines ar .. siao.. )
C : den forget it , Malaysian airlines have better timing
Me : Bye sir ! (-__-'' )

12.00am Customer (C)

Me: Hi good noon .... How may i assist you ?
C : uh..I would like to stay in penang city hotel..
Me : Oh , that would be a good choice for you sir..
C : Is this the highlander hotel ..
Me : Hang on.. Let me check
C : I wan to stay high story cos more cooler
(Me thinking : Wah piengz .. no aircon meh ? save electricity for them ar)
Me : Sir this hotel are located in the town so are all high story .
C: I scared hot leh ...
Me : No worries sir. (-__-'' )

3.00pm Customer (C)

Me : Hi afternoon , sorry to keep you waiting.
C : Hello , we are going to Lombok for our anniversary ..
Me : You have made a great choice mdm.
C : Yes , I heard is pretty there and er .. pls check the availability for us .
Me : Mdm .. as requested ... here is your itinerary ..
C: oh perfect .. anyway ... there got mosquito ?
Me : Mdm , I wouldn't say no but more or less as it is near the beach and is suppose to be outdoor.
C : huh ... eeeekkk .. I don wan the mosquito leh .. aiyo .. den how ?!
Me : Mdm , places like these are bound to have mosquito .. I would suggest you to bring insect repellents.
(Me thinking : so scared den u keep yourself at home lo .. don come out .. )
C : ok lo ...but I ... ok den...
Me : Thank you mdm, have a wonderful anniversary trip.(-__-'' )

Me :Hello...
C: Hi ... we would like to depart to Kota Kinabalu.
Me : When will be your idea travelling dates den ?
C : I have check the flight timing online and was really bad ...
Me : oh ....(speechless again)
C : er... any other timing .... I need 6 ticket for 4 adult & 2 child
Me : I'm sorry but there are only this timing on that day.
C : erh... Ok den ...Oh wait .. I wish to book the hotel myself .. can you just assist with the tickets .
Me : My pleasure sir .
Me : checking ~~~ Sorry sir , the sys shows that only 5 seats are available.
C : give me one more seats la .. so easy .. one only wad , if not the child sit on my lap arh.. !!
(Me thinking : you can make great friend with first customer ...another siao ding dong)
Me : Sir .. I would love to but I had no control over the seats...(- __-'' )

6.00pm Customer (C)

Me : Hi.....(sheg)
C : We would like to go phuket Bayan Tree
Me : Bah bah bah ... This will be the total cost for both.
C : wah ... not cheap leh .. let mi use your computer .. i see how much they selling online ..
Me : Let me check for you sir .. (I walk toward my manager and check)
the next mins i turn my head back
C : Oh , I found the rates ! .. wah .. my credit card got promo leh .. (Pax using my com)
(Me thinking on FIRE: wah ! tooot***... executive looking couple but no basic manner ! )
ME : sited and stare at them blankly.
C : Aiya .. ard same leh, just book here lo ..(doing all the calculate and conversion)
Me : Ok ... thank you.
1 hr later
My colleague back in office call .. eh .. your customer want refund leh
Me : Anything la ... cheapo fellow ! poor girlfriend....
